Pa’s Dominican-Americans celebrate their own Independence Day

It’s not officially until Feb. 27, but that didn’t stop some of Pennsylvania’s Dominican-Americans from observing the 175h anniversary of the island nation’s independence. They gathered Tuesday in the state Capitol rotunda.
