The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) is inviting the public to provide input on its services as part of its annual customer satisfaction survey.
The online survey, which is offered in both English and Spanish, will be available through Sunday, April 30. Questions include rating the availability of buses, transit reliability, and comfort.
Those who fill out the survey before the deadline will be entered to win a prize pack which includes a $70 of bus fare value on a Wave account.
