• A Pittsburgh pension fund that holds shares in the Carlyle Group filed a lawsuit claiming Gov. Glenn Youngkin and other Carlyle executives unfairly enriched themselves with tax-free stock payouts. A spokesperson for Youngkin, who left the private equity firm in 2020, called the lawsuit “baseless.”—NBC News
