EXPLAINER: How to find your elected representative in Arkansas
Hundreds of candidates have registered for the 2024 ballot, but who Arkansans can vote for depends on where they live. To find out what state and federal districts you reside in, visit Voter View and type in your address.
The candidate filing period ended Tuesday afternoon, but more candidates will be added in the new year when the Libertarian Party of Arkansas registers candidates after its nominating convention in February.
Arkansas has 100 House Districts and every one of them is up for grabs this election cycle. An interactive district map that includes a link to each representative’s biography and contact information is available on the Arkansas House of Representatives website.

Arkansas has 35 Senate Districts and 18 seats will appear on next year’s ballot. The Arkansas Senate website includes district maps and details about each state senator.

At the federal level, Arkansas has four Congressional Districts. All four of the state’s U.S. Representatives are seeking re-election in 2024. You can find your congressman and a link to their website on the U.S. House of Representatives’ page.

The preferential primary election is Mar. 5, 2024. The last day to register to vote in the primary is Feb. 5, and early voting begins Feb. 19.
